Solano County: Fairfield, Suisun City, TAFB, Rio Vista, Dixon, Vacaville, Vallejo and Benicia
Napa County: Napa, American Canyon, Yountville, St. Helena, Rutherford and Calistoga
Sonoma County: Sonoma City, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Windsor, Cloverdale, Healdsburg Yolo County: Davis, Woodland, Winters, and West Sacramento

Pickup from San Francisco Airport:
Courtyard 1 (Domestic Flights, Airlines Include:  Alaska, Air Trans, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, Horizon, Jet Blue, South West ,  Sun Country, US Airways, Vanguard and Southwest)
Pickup Area: Courtyard 1 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn Left, follow the curb toward the start of building until you reach a small parking area with the sign indicating "Courtyard #1".

 

Courtyard 3 (Domestic Flights, Airlines Include: American Airlines and Virgin Airlines)
Pickup Area: Courtyard 3 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn Right, follow the curb toward to the end of the building until you reach a small parking are with the sign indicating "Courtyard #3".

Courtyard 4 (Domestic Flights, Airlines Include: Continental and United Airlines)
Pickup Area: Courtyard 4 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn Right, follow the curb toward to the end of the building until you reach a small parking are with the sign indicating "Courtyard #4".

Courtyard A (International Flights, Airlines Include: Air Canada, Aero Mexico, American Airlines, , Asiana, Allegro, British, Cathay Pacific, China, Delta, France, Japan, Jet Blue,  Korean, Northwest, Philippines, Swiss, TACA, Virgin & Qantas)
Pickup Area: Courtyard A (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Custom or Baggage Level (Level 2), go out from the Custom doors and turn Left, take escalator or elevator down to Level 1, look for a sign indicating "Courtyard #A".

 

Courtyard G (International Flights, Airlines Include:  Air Nippon, Air New Zealand, Air China,Emirate, EVA, Lufthansa,Lan Air, Mexicana, Singapore,  United Airlines)
Pickup Area: Courtyard G (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Custom or Baggage Level (Level 2), go out from the Custom doors and turn Right, take escalator or elevator down to Level 1, look for a sign indicating "Courtyard #G"  SEE SFO AIRPORT MAP 

 

Pickup from Oakland International Airport.
Terminal 1 (All Airlines except Southwest Airlines)
Pickup Area: After collecting baggage go across the street (crosswalk) and you will see the Door-to-Door Shuttle Area.
Terminal 2 (Southwest Airlines Only)
Pickup Area: After collecting baggage go out of the building and make right to the end of terminal.

Pickup from Sacramento International Airport.
Terminal A (America West, Continental, Delta, Hawaiian and Southwest)
Pickup Area: After collecting baggage, go out of the building and make right and you will see the Taxi and Shuttle Area.
Terminal B (American Airlines, Alaska, Frontier, Horizon, Northwest, Mexicana, TWA, United Airlines, United Express and Express Jet)
Pickup Area: After collecting baggage, go out of the building and cross the middle island and look for purple sign, and you will see the Taxi and Shuttle Area.
